Ritz99 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ritz99 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, and content provided through ritz99.bet and all related sites.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ritz99 platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement comes into effect as soon as you complete the registration process or use any ritz99 service, whichever comes first.

Each individual is only permitted one (1) active account only at ritz99. Registering multiple accounts with the intent to exploit or manipulate the bonus system is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

By registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. The information required includes:

• Full name as per Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A valid and active email address
• Accurate date of birth

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Ritz99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

Ritz99 supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Ritz99 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Ritz99 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit using another person's payment method may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Ritz99 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where there is a technical error, system disruptions, or inaccurate odds information.
• Bets placed after a match or game has started (live betting) are subject to odds updated in real time.
• Any attempt to exploiting system vulnerabilities, including the use of bots, automated software, or other unfair methods, is strictly prohibited.
